September - A Fresh re-Alignment

September will soon be here and we will begin to move back into our routines of daily living.

This is a time to re-define our goals, shed old habits and consider how to choose to move through the remaining months of 2025.


What do you want to achieve in the next few months?

  • begin an exercise program

  • lose weight, address various health concerns-whether body, mind or spirit

  • improve your eating habits

  • enjoy fresh, organic home cooked meals

  • take a new class-cooking, language, painting, yoga, puppy training

  • go to bed earlier

  • reduce wifi exposure and screen time

  • practice stress management techniques

  • start journaling

  • And, the list could go on :)


It is important to not overwhelm oneself and to be realistic with our goals. Choose one or two initiatives that you can focus on over the next few months to ensure success.
